Studio hire FAQs
Studio hire starts at £199 for a weekend half-day and £249 for a weekday half-day (up to 5 hours). Full-day hire (up to 10 hours) is £249 at weekends and £299 on weekdays. Every rate is all-inclusive — facilities, amenities and the full equipment list are included, with no hidden extras.
You get the run of the whole building, our 9×8m studio space, a complete professional lighting rig, modifiers, paper backdrops and a tethering monitor, plus amenities like free parking, gigabit Wi-Fi, a kitchenette, AC and a premium sound system. A few items, such as the Canon 5DS body and lens, are available as low-cost add-ons.
Yes. This is a dry-hire studio, so you are welcome to hire the space and equipment without a photographer and run your own shoot. One of our team is on hand nearby if you need anything, and we can set the lighting rig up for you for a small fee.
The studio is a 9 × 8 metre shooting space with a 3-metre-high black ceiling and a solid neutral-grey epoxy floor — easily large enough for product, portrait, fashion and film work.

Yes — professional lighting and grip are included, with eight 600W high-speed strobes, continuous Nanlite daylight, a wide range of softboxes and modifiers, C-stands, paper backdrops and a tethering monitor. Cameras and select items are available as add-ons.
Absolutely. We offer half-day (up to 5 hours) and full-day (up to 10 hours) hire on both weekdays and weekends, with availability between 9am and 9pm.
