On-site & on-location · UK-wide

Can’t ship it to us? We’ll bring the studio to you.

On-site product photography for manufacturers, distributors and warehouses across the UK. When your stock is too large, too heavy, too valuable or simply too much to send, we load the vans and shoot it where it sits — to full studio standard.

Who it’s for

Some stock just can’t come to a studio.

Freighting a pallet of batteries, a warehouse of furniture or a bay of industrial kit to Bristol rarely stacks up — on cost, on time, or on risk. So we do the opposite. We pack almost our entire studio into vans and photograph your range on your premises, with the same lighting and quality you’d get back at base.

  • Large, heavy or oversized products that are impractical to move.
  • High stock volumes — hundreds or thousands of SKUs to get through.
  • High-value or fragile goods you’d rather never left the building.
  • Time-sensitive catalogues where shipping back and forth costs days you don’t have.

What we bring

Almost the entire studio, on the road.

This is our biggest mobilisation. On-site jobs mean loading up the vans with nearly the full rig we run back at the Paintworks — and bringing the extra hands to run it.

  • The full lighting rig. Wireless strobes, modifiers, stands and backdrops to build a proper studio in your space.
  • Vans & logistics. We hire vans and handle transport so all the kit arrives and sets up without disruption to your operation.
  • Extra crew. Additional photographers and assistants brought in to keep a high-volume shoot moving.
  • 250 kg 360 turntable. Our heavy-gauge spin turntable travels too — for interactive 360 imagery of even large products, on site.
  • Tethered & colour-managed. Shooting to a monitor with the same colour standards as the studio, so nothing is left to chance.

Common questions

On-site photography, answered.

It’s professional product photography carried out at your premises — your warehouse, factory, unit or showroom — rather than in a studio. We bring almost our entire studio setup to you, so your products are photographed to full commercial standard without ever being shipped.

When stock is large, heavy, high-value, fragile or high in volume, shipping it to a studio is expensive, slow and risky. On-site photography removes freight costs, avoids downtime, and eliminates the risk of transit damage or lost items — and lets us shoot your whole range in one visit.

Nearly the full rig we run in the studio: wireless lighting, modifiers, stands, backdrops, tethering and colour management, plus our heavy-gauge 360 turntable (250 kg payload) where spins are needed. We hire vans and bring extra crew to set up and run high-volume shoots efficiently.

Less than you’d think — we can build a compact but complete studio in a corner of a warehouse or unit. We’ll assess space and access when we scope the job so setup is smooth and unobtrusive on the day.

Anywhere in the UK. We’re based in Bristol and cover the South West as standard, and travel nationwide for larger programmes. This is a UK-only service.

Yes — all of it. We can produce clean e-commerce packshots, interactive 360 spins and in-context lifestyle imagery in a single on-site visit, so your whole content set is captured at once.
